KAIRO X currently ships limited edition physical copies of “The Secret Reality” to selected international locations.
ORDER PROCESSING
All physical book orders are processed after payment confirmation. Due to the limited edition nature of the product and print-on-demand fulfillment through our production partner, processing times may vary depending on demand and production capacity.
ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES
Estimated delivery times for physical orders are typically between 15–30 business days depending on the customer’s location, local customs processing, and carrier conditions.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may occasionally experience delays during high-demand periods or international transit.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital products including ebooks and audiobooks are delivered electronically after successful payment and do not require shipping.
TRACKING INFORMATION
When tracking is available, customers may receive shipping confirmation and tracking details by email after the order has been processed and dispatched.
LIMITED EDITION PRODUCTS
Because “The Secret Reality” physical edition is produced as a limited edition release, availability may change without notice and fulfillment times may occasionally be extended during periods of high order volume.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information during checkout.
KAIRO X is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses or incomplete customer information.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
International customers may be responsible for customs fees, taxes, import duties, or other charges required by their local country regulations.
These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
