RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At KAIRO X, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products, the following refund and return conditions apply.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS (EBOOKS & AUDIOBOOKS)

All digital products, including ebooks and audiobooks, are eligible for refund requests within 30 days of purchase.

Because digital products are instantly accessible after purchase and cannot be physically returned, refund requests must include a clear and reasonable explanation of the issue experienced with the product.

Refunds may be approved in cases such as:
- Technical issues preventing access to the product
- Duplicate purchases
- Major problems with file delivery or functionality
- Customer dissatisfaction explained in reasonable detail

Refund requests submitted without explanation, abusive refund behavior, fraudulent activity, or attempts to misuse digital access may not be approved.

Once a refund is approved, access to the digital product may be removed.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (LIMITED EDITION BOOKS)

Physical limited edition books may be returned or refunded within 30 days after delivery to the customer.

Because these are limited edition products produced in limited quantities, return or refund requests must include a valid explanation and the product must be returned in acceptable condition.

Refunds or replacements may be approved for:
- Damaged items during shipping
- Incorrect product received
- Significant manufacturing defects
- Other valid customer concerns reviewed by our support team

Products showing excessive wear, intentional damage, misuse, or unauthorized modifications may not qualify for refund or return approval.
